  You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Once your personalized song is ready, we will notify you via email with a link to download or stream your song.

Delivery

Since our products are digital (songs), there are no physical shipping fees. Your personalized song will be delivered via email as a downloadable file or accessible link.

• Delivery Time:
  After the song is completed, you'll receive the delivery email within 24 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it in your inbox.

• Delivery Methods:

  • Email: You will receive a direct link to download or stream your song.
  • Optional Physical CD (if applicable): In the event you choose to order a physical CD (if offered), shipping times will depend on your location. Shipping fees may apply for physical products, and delivery times will be communicated at checkout.

International Orders

As all products are digital, they are accessible worldwide with no additional fees. However, if we offer physical products (like CDs), shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
