1. Full Refund for Unfulfilled Orders
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@giftyourmelody.com as soon as possible.
2. Revisions for Fulfilled Orders
For orders that have already been fulfilled, we offer up to two revisions for the songs. Here’s how it works:
- Revision Process: We will discuss with you in detail what you liked and disliked about the song to ensure we create a version you will love.
- Timeframe: Each revision can take up to 7 days to be delivered.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your song upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom songs once they have been fulfilled and delivered, except for the reasons stated above (damages or incorrect items).
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved (for unfulfilled orders or other eligible cases), it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
